Under para. 1 and para. 2 of Article 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), please be informed as follows:

The legal grounds for the processing of your personal data is letter a) or b) or f) of pata. 1 of Article 6 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
  4. The administrator’s legally substantiated interest is to establish or maintain business relations with you, as well as to market Magistral Transport services.
  5. The categories of your personal data processed are as follows: personal data received directly from you (or transmitted on your behalf) or personal data collected from publicly available sources (in particular: your first name and surname, email address, contact phone number, and correspondence address).
  6. The recipients of your personal data are the authorized employees and officers of the company, as well as personal data processors acting on the administrator’s behalf, including IT service providers, marketing agencies, research firms, which receive access to your data only on the basis of a relevant contract.
  7. The administrator does not process any special data categories. The administrator makes every effort to protect your data from unauthorized access by unauthorized persons and uses both organizational and technical security tools at the highest level in this area. The administrator does not provide your data to unauthorized recipients in accordance with the provisions of the law in force in this area.
  8. Your personal data will not be transmitted to third states and international organizations.
  9. You have the following rights relating to the processing of your personal data:
    a) the right to access your data, including the right to receive its copies,
    b) the right to demand the correction of the data,
    c) the right to remove the data (in certain situations),
    d) the right to file a complaint with a supervisory body entrusted with the protection of personal data,
    e) the right to limit the processing of your data.
  10. In the volume of your data processed upon your consent, you are entitled to use the following additional rights:
    a) the right to withdraw the consent to the processing to the extent that such data are processed on the basis of a previously obtained consent. Withdrawal of consent does not violate the right to process data that has already taken place on the basis of a consent valid until the time of such withdrawal.
    b) the right to transfer personal data (i.e., to receive your personal data from the administrator in a structured and universally applicable format suitable for computer-based reproduction).
  11. You have the right to file a complaint with the Chairman of the Personal Data Protection Directorate if you come to the conclusion that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation.
